Due to insurance purposes we are unable to allow customers to collect trailer units.

We do our best to meet our customer delivery requirements, we will always take into account a time preference but delivery times can depend on other bookings and slots available.

Delivery can vary depending on fuel prices. Prices start at £2 per mile from our base. e.g 25 miles = £50 + VAT this includes collection.

Our fridges do not go below zero, however in our own experience, if you take a delivery of your boxed ice on the morning of your event and order maybe a couple of spare boxes. The ice usually stays frozen for the day. Ice must come directly from a freezer and not have started to defrost. It will help further that the Ice is in boxes of 6 as they help to keep each other frozen.

Unfortunately we currently don’t have freezer trailer units.

Depending on the location and the day of the event we may be able to provide boxed ice. This would have to be delivered on the day of the event if you are wanting to store the ice in the trailer, we would have to charge for delivery. If you have facilities to store the ice yourself this can be delivered at the same time as the trailer.

If packed correctly using the shelving within the trailer, i would expect the trailer to hold enough Wine, Beer, Champagne for a 12 hour event up to 300 guests. I would expect space to be available for soft drinks as well but space may have to be prioritised for events with more than 250 guests.

Our trailer always come with shelves, if you would like the unit without shelves please specify before delivery. The shelves cover one whole side and one half side of the unit, allowing access through the door. The shelving is 3 shelves high.

The refrigeration unit requires a 16amp connection (we can provide a 13amp adapter). We will provide a 16amp cable to connect to your power source. Power must be no more than 15 meters away in order to get a reliable supply. Ideally plugged into generators. We advise having a mains supply available as this will save you having to run your generator overnight and wasting fuel for your event. See our Terms & Conditions for more info on this.

All our trailers come with a key so your alcohol can be stored safely and a wheel clamp, however for vulnerable event sites we always would recommend security in order to keep your mind at ease.

Once we set up the unit it cannot be moved due to insurance reasons, it is also not save to move when stocked with drink as they can easily fall off shelves.
